ToneFRĒQ Limited Warranty
All ToneFRĒQ ™ models are guaranteed to be free of defective materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover abuse, drops, liquid spills or other physical damage, misuse or any damage that results from an application outside normal operation. Factory unauthorized modifications are not covered by this warranty. Tweak Head Technology reserves the right to repair or replace any defective device or component at its discretion. All repairs must be performed by Tweak Head Technology to maintain warranty validity.
Sending Your Tweak Head Technology product In For Repair
1. Obtain a Repair Authorization Number.
To obtain a Repair Authorization Number, contact us via e-mail or call us at 978.501.5668
2. Right click the link to download and complete the Tweak Head Repair Form.pdf.
Include your Repair Authorization Number, contact information, product model and details of the problem(s) you are experiencing. Neglecting to include any of this information will delay your repair.
3. Ship the unit including the completed Repair Form and original purchase receipt to:

Please note that we will not cover under warranty any improperly packaged product we receive.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your Tweak Head product is no longer covered by warranty, we can still repair it for you. For ToneFRĒQ products there will be a US $70 (or less depending on product) bench fee for out-of-warranty repairs.
Shipping
All shipping costs for out-of-warranty repairs are paid by the customer. Under warranty, we pay shipping costs to return the repaired unit to you.
