Sending Your Tweak Head Technology product In For Repair


1. Obtain a Repair Authorization Number.

To obtain a Repair Authorization Number, contact us via e-mail or call us at 978.501.5668


2. Documentation

Include your Repair Authorization Number, contact information, product model and details of the problem(s) you are experiencing. Neglecting to include any of this information will delay your repair.


3. Ship the unit including the completed Repair Form and original purchase receipt to:

Please note that we will not cover under warranty any improperly packaged product we receive.


Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your Tweak Head product is no longer covered by warranty, we can still repair it for you.  Please note that we do not offer this repair service for cables.  For ToneFREQ products there will be a US $70 bench fee for out-of-warranty repairs plus parts cost.

Shipping

All shipping costs for out-of-warranty repairs are paid by the customer. Under warranty, we pay shipping costs to return the repaired unit to you.
